All SISNAR products are made especially for you once an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preferences related to fit, style, or color
We strongly encourage customers to review size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
β Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Clear photos showing the issue must be provided
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
